With regards to the Premiere products, it has a guarantee of as long as 12 years, if and only if it is guaranteed against defects regarding the skills and craftsmanship or if it is under the grounds of faulty materials, this is comprised of the materials such as:

Other products are given 3 extended years for its guarantee which are the:

MATERIAL GUARANTEE:

• 25 Years and more is given to these materials:  Textilene, Weave, Glass, Granite, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum
• 25 Years for garden furniture which are made out of Teak
• 20 Years for Iroko made products
• 15 Years is offered for Mahogany furniture
• 10 Years for Maidenll, Karri, Pine, Acacia,
• 5 Years for the Covers, Cushions and other Alexander Rose accessories

The Grounds for the guarantee are the following:

• It begins right from the delivery date
• This is only applicable to the domestic customers of Mainland UK and is offered only for the first year, and if in case it will exceed with the time, the costumer is responsible for the transportation fee of the Alexander Rose staff attendees
• The Proof of purchase is needed by the Alexander Rose Company
• Notification of Alexander Rose in case of product defects is necessary
• Fixing by a third party in case of any defects on the product overthrows its guarantee, only the Alexander Rose staffs have the authority to do the remedial
• The purchased products should not be misused or destroyed
• Alexander Rose has no obligations if there are any problems with the product if in case you have used other treatments other than the advised ones
• The Alexander Rose product guarantee does not take into its account if there are any weather damage done like that of fading, cracking and splitting.  But, the fading due to climate changes can be covered by the standard 1 year guarantee and this includes both the natural wood products and synthetic materials
• Alexander Rose sets aside the rights of the customer to replace the product which is no longer available with an alternative similar Alexander Rose product
• The statutory rights of every costumer is not affected
